This year there was a total of four cars entered and due to differing work commitments everybody got to the Mount Gambier motel when they could. For members who haven’t attended the Mt Gambier show, the motel is a few hundred metres from the fitness centre where the show is held (makes life easier).

Clipsal 500

This year was a combined display between the three Tickford / FPV clubs and the HSV Owners club. NSW FPV Club Cruise

This was a unplanned cruise, A couple of members from the NSW FPV / Tickford Car Club were in town and Adrian thought we would do the "Tourist in your own town" and show them the south coast. 10 Club Cars plus our two visitors left the Kurralta Park K-Mart and headed south via Cape Jervis, Victor and Goolwa. A short detour via the Myponga Reservoir found a really nice dirt road, glad we took the time to wash the cars.

FPV Family Day Weekend

We all had decided that we would leave Adelaide early Friday morning. This gave us an extra day in Melbourne and we made a weekend out of the trip. We all met at Tailem Bend at 5am, we all congregated around at the BP with our toasted sandwiches as we waited to make sure we would all be travelling together. Steve and Deb were up before 9am yes that’s right before 9am, we met them in Horsham for bacon and egg rolls at Subway. It gave us a good chance to fill our tanks and stomaches and stretch our legs again before we carried on with our adventure.

Mystery Cruise

Meet at the Hackney Hotel car park at 10.30am. Yeah well most of us did, Paper said Harbour Town and that’s where 6 of us met – the other 13 cars followed the Fridge Friend – guess which one was right? After a phone call and a short drive, we were all together at the Hackney. We were late leaving - now where are we going? Berri, don’t know about that.
